How do I contact support directly?

You can reach out directly via email at support@tixi.dev or use the contact form on this page. We review all inquiries and typically reply within 24 to 48 hours.

Are my notes and files saved in the cloud?

No. Tixi applications process and store files and data locally on your phone or tablet. We do not host central databases containing your personal notes, settings, or documents. Your information remains entirely yours. We recommend enabling system-level iCloud or Google Drive backups to prevent data loss.

Do Tixi apps require recurring subscriptions?

We strive to avoid subscription fatigue. Most Tixi utility apps are either completely free or offer a single, one-time lifetime purchase to unlock advanced features. We do not implement hidden fees or push recurring subscription traps.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are managed directly through the official app stores:

  • Apple App Store (iOS): Request refunds directly via Apple's Portal at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play Store (Android): Send your purchase receipt and Google Play order ID to support@tixi.dev within 48 hours of purchase.
